How a claim works
Email support with the serial number of the failed module (it is on the label and on your packing slip). If we have the part in stock, the replacement ships the same day — before the failed part comes back. That is what "advance cross-ship replacement" means: no second truck roll, no waiting on a return.
What is covered
- Any functional failure of the module under normal use, for the term above.
- DOA on arrival: replaced or refunded immediately, our shipping.
What is not
- Physical damage after delivery (bent pins, ESD damage from unsafe handling, liquid).
- Modules whose serial number does not match the ones shipped on your order.
- Compatibility: we will confirm fit before shipping if you ask; a part that is electrically fine but not validated for your platform is a return within 30 days, not a warranty claim.
Returns
30 days, any reason, on unopened or tested-fine parts — matched against the shipped serial numbers.
