Shipping & cutoff

One deadline: 3:00 PM ET

Orders and accepted quotes in by 3:00 PM ET on a business day ship that day. There is one cutoff on this site, not two — it applies to ground, overnight and local delivery alike. "ET" is deliberate: the warehouse runs on Eastern time all year (EDT in summer, EST in winter), so convert from ET, not from EST.

4-hour delivery — NYC 5 boroughs, NJ, Long Island & Westchester, ordered by 3:00 PM ET

Service area: NYC 5 boroughs, NJ, Long Island & Westchester. Same 3:00 PM ET cutoff. Ask for it on the quote or at checkout; we confirm the delivery window by email.

Overnight and expedited

Overnight and expedited shipping available. We are deliberately not the cheapest on delivery — shipping is priced to be fast and guaranteed, because the buyer with a server down is counting hours, not dollars.

Ground

Available on every order; transit time depends on destination. Every shipment carries tracking, and serial numbers are emailed before dispatch.

International

Quote-only for now — ask and we will price it.
