About Spate

Spate Inc. is a New York S-corporation founded in 2018. We buy, test, grade and stock server memory and CPUs in our own warehouse, and sell them to the people who keep production hardware alive: MSPs, sysadmins, procurement teams, and other resellers.

Every stock count on this site is our shelf, counted by us. Every photo is our own inventory. Every part ships with its serial numbers on the paperwork. That is the whole pitch.

What we do

• Server memory: DDR2 through DDR4 RDIMM, LRDIMM, UDIMM and FB-DIMM, OEM-certified and third-party.
• Xeon and EPYC processors, identified by model and sSpec.
• Corporate buying: quotes with PO number and job name, net-30 for approved accounts, tax-exempt invoicing for resellers.
