Privacy policy
This page explains what Spate Inc. collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect, and why

When a code from a packing slip is opened, we record that the code was opened and when. We do not record who opened it, from where, or on what device.
When you send a form on this site, we keep the internet address it came from for about two days, only to limit abuse (too many requests from one connection).
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own, and the pages of this site load nothing from other companies' servers.
- We do not send marketing email. We write to you about your account, your order or a request you made.
Who else handles it
Email is sent from our own mail server. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles the traffic between you and our server, as any content delivery service does, and may set a cookie of its own to protect the site from abuse. Orders placed on eBay are subject to eBay's own privacy notice; we receive from eBay the details it provides for your order.
How long we keep it
- Document requests, account and company details, saved lists and uploaded documents: until you ask us to remove them.
- Records we must keep for tax and accounting: as long as the law requires.
Seeing, correcting or removing your details
Email [email protected] from the address concerned and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or to have it removed. We answer within a few business days. Details are removed unless we are required to keep them, and we tell you if that applies.
